Production Time

Each product is handmade according to your wishes, so production times may range from 4 to 6 months. We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time, so after placing your order, our manager will confirm the exact timeline and keep you updated at every stage of production.

Delivery and Moving

We do everything possible to deliver your order safely and securely. However, in some cases, such as complex or narrow staircases (spiral staircases, unfinished structures, etc.) or lack of lighting, moving the product may be limited. In such situations, we will deliver the product to the most accessible location: in front of the entrance, at your apartment door, or in your hallway. Your safety and convenience are our priority.

Assembly and Waste Removal

If your order requires assembly, our qualified specialists will complete the task promptly and carefully. The assembly service is available for customers in the UAE and must be agreed upon in advance, especially if you want the assembly to take place on the day of delivery. After completing the work, we will clean up and remove all waste free of charge, leaving behind only cleanliness and order.

Payment

We offer convenient and flexible payment options. After coordinating all details with your manager, you will be issued an invoice. To confirm your order, a 50% prepayment is required, with the remaining balance paid after the product arrives at our warehouse. For legal entities, a special loyalty system is available, making cooperation even more advantageous.

Turnkey Installation

If your order includes installation (such as furniture assembly or chandelier mounting), we will carry out all work professionally and carefully. Payment for installation is made only after all work is completed, so you can be assured of its quality. We deliver the product to your doorstep, and our specialists take care of all installation tasks, allowing you to enjoy your new purchase without any hassle.
